Quality Assurance Program
Indigenous Technologies, LLC (Indigenous) believes in quality processes that are built into task performance.
Indigenous will maintain a Quality Assurance Program (QAP) to serve as the basis for Quality Control (QC) on the SeaPort-e program and all Task Orders issued under the program. Indigenous will maintain a program that measures the standards of performance required by the contract, and that adapts to changes. As a living document, the QAP will be revised/modified as required by the contract, in accordance with contract requirements at no additional cost to the government and acceptance as determined by the Contracting Officer. A key and basic tenant is that we will provide for continuous quality improvement. Proactive actions are taken throughout the program to minimize project risk.
