Jerry Kennedy

President & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Kennedy has been serving Delaware Nation Industries since 2010 and was named President and CEO in 2011. Jerry prefers the title—Team Servant! His focus is to foster a culture based on three simple tenets: 1) A culture of servanthood throughout the entire organization, 2) A culture where every employee is valued, respected and appreciated, and 3) A culture where every team member is challenged to give their best every day to achieve the goals of our customers, our partners and our team members. At DNI, monumental tasks are performed day in and day out by remembering one simple thing—the other person you are interacting with is always the most important! By putting others first, DNI has grown from two employees in 2012 to over 350 employees in 2018. Jerry invites you to see how the DNI team can serve your needs and exceed your expectations!

Jay Graham


As President Jay is responsible for developing and implementing business strategies and processes that foster organizational growth. Jay works closely with clients and partner organizations to position and develop DNI capabilities for continued market success. Jay has worked in the IT consulting industry since 2000 and has supported the Federal market space for 14 years. Jay has provided Information Technology and Security services to a number of Department of Defense and Federal Civilian agencies including the US Army, Air Force, Navy, Department of State and Homeland Security. Prior to becoming the President in 2014, Jay served as the organization/s COO and Vice President. Jay has a wife and two daughters in Tulsa and enjoys spending time on the water with his family and friends.

Lance Goll

Chief Operating Officer

Mr Goll joined the DNI team as Chief Operating Officer in 2016. Lance brings over 10 years of Information and Technology recruiting and contract management experience. He enjoys developing corporate and operational strategies while facilitating those efforts across the operation. Ensuring DNI’s customer and employee satisfaction is top of his list of responsibilities. Lance graduated from Oklahoma State University and currently resides in Tulsa with his wife and two young boys. He enjoys coaching sports and spending time at the lake with his family.

Keri Wright

Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Wright is responsible for the company’s finances including accounting, audits, compliance and the design and maintenance of financial reporting structures. Ms. Wright received her CPA certification in 2008 and joined DNI in 2009 where she was instrumental in building a DCAA compliant accounting system. Prior to joining DNI, Ms. Wright worked as an accountant for the State of Oklahoma. Outside of work, Ms. Wright has a husband and two children and enjoys gardening and volunteering at a local hospital.

Sandra Schreiner

Chief Business Development Officer

Ms. Schreiner brings 30+ years of experience in the industry. Sandra left federal service in 2007 to expand her leadership experience in the government contracting industry. She has served in many roles; tribal LLC manager, SVP of IT Operations, CBDO, VP/Program Director for L3 Communications, and most recently as the VP for Strategy and Growth for another small business. Sandra has been instrumental on several large competitive and sole source contract awards exceeding $100M. She is familiar with tribal 8(a) regulations and is excited about using all the tools available to win new business and support growing DNI. During her free time, Sandra enjoys traveling in her RV around the country. Several years ago she and her family drove their RV to Alaska and back covering approximately 10,000 miles in 4 weeks.

Brandon Hill

Executive General Manager

Mr. Hill is the Executive General Manager (EGM) of Unami. Unami is 8(a) certified and the fourth company under DNI’s umbrella. Mr. Hill will help in growing Unami and diversifying the DNI portfolio. Mr. Hill has more than 10 years experience in the anti-terrorism/force protection and critical infrastructure protection industry in both DOD and FedCiv agencies. With more than $100M worth of government contracting awarded and completed, Mr. Hill has a proven track record of successful execution of customer requirements and understands the importance of streamlining communications between BD and Operations to achieve operational excellence. Brandon lives in Owasso, OK with his two children, Braden and Madilyn as well as his wife Emily. He enjoys watching his children’s competitive athletics and travels the country each summer doing so. When he’s not cheering them on from a lawn chair you can find him pursuing another passion, whitetail deer hunting.
