-Design/Build project on Ft. Eisenhower, GA to modernize the existing span wire traffic signal at Barnes Avenue and Rice Road.

TM70427-7P Range 17 Water Flow & Erosion Controls, Fort Gordon, Georgia.

– The design build work includes the design and construction of repairs and improvements to Range 17 to solve storm water drainage issues.

SOF Entry Control Point, Fort Bragg, North Carolina.
-This Design/Bid/Build project in partnership with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District and Joint Special Operations Command, Ft. Liberty, NC provides for the realignment of the Access to the Aberdeen Training Facility, (ATF), Compound, adding a new Truck Inspection portal, Visitors Center, Fencing and complete Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection Barriers. Construction is anticipated to commence in Sept 2024. 

SWTS F9 East Wing Instructional Lab Phase 1 & 2, PAAF, Fort Bragg, North Carolina.
-This Design/Build effort for the 352^nd Special Warfare Training Squadron, (SWTS), on Pope Army Airfield, Ft. Liberty, NC is two-pronged, adding a new asphalt paved Tactical Vehicle Parking Lot with Covered Equipment Shelter, Overhead Lighting and Access Drive. Adjacent, a new 4,000 + Square Foot, brick veneer Annex/Classroom Building will be constructed. The site will incorporate new Bio-Retention Basins to support stormwater systems withing the complex.

FSH Working Dog Kennel, Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio, Texas, 8(a) Sole Source for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District. Awarded: 28-Nov-2023.
-This Design/Bid/Build, negotiated project is to complete site development, infrastructure support and a new energy-compliant Pre-Engineered Metal Building System with all Concrete Foundations, Finishes, Fire Suppression Systems, Plumbing, HVAC/Mechanical, Electrical, Communications and Fire Alarm/Mass Notification Systems for a new, stand-alone, Working Dog Kennel Facility.
