The Delaware Nation owns several successful businesses. Two of those parent companies (Delaware Nation Industries & Delaware Nation Investments) are currently seeking additional members for their respective boards of directors.

The Board of Directors is responsible for the overall governance of the organization & works directly with company executives. The Board also works with the Executive Committee of the Delaware Nation (the owners).
Qualifications • Ethical • Values-Driven: Ability to live by the SHINES culture of selflessness, humility, integrity, native pride, entrepreneurship, & servanthood • Relationship builder • Altruistic • Community service driven • Committed to the future of the Delaware Nation • Board members need not be residents of the jurisdiction of the Delaware Nation Board members must • Be at least 25 years of age • Posses a college degree or significant equivalent relevant business experience • Have no felony convictions • Have no criminal convictions involving moral turpitude • Have no criminal convictions, whether misdemeanor or felony, that involve or relate to tribal affairs • Be able obtain top secret security clearance Desired Board Member Experience & Expertise • Business acumen (financial/banking expertise a plus) • Native American cultural insight • Excellent communication skills • Proven leadership • Successful business-ownership experience preferred • Economic development knowledge • Industry specific knowledge • Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) programs • Mergers & Acquisitions If interested, please send your resume/bio to DNIBoard@DNIgov.com 2000 N.
